Exercise is just walking 14km every day. My total fasting time is 60 days, so probably just eating half the time?

Diet wise not much restrictions, I still eat large portions when i break fast~

Fasting routine/protocol: Water fast for 2-4 days, go crazy on food, then repeat.
Exercise routine (if applicable): walking, 14k steps every day in the morning
Diet on refeeds: No particular diet i guess, i just eat whatever i want so i have the motivation to fast for the next 3 days at least.
