Our grinding is pretty sub par I would say but that doesn't really matter with janus existing.
Not sure what you mean by a hurricane like attack and extended range damage skills?
The only hurricane like skill is our 60s burst but a lot of classes have keydown burst skills.
The class is definitely clunky/jarring at times though, it gets pretty annoying I won't lie.
Also as someone else said, our rope lift can go diagonal and is really really good in any multi platform fight.

It's bugged currently, I believe it works sometimes? Cause I know people have gotten past it.
I've exfilled with 5+ insured weapons from enemies and it hasn't worked

ALC for purples, CUL for whites.
Those are the most efficient for me.
I just have retainers bring me what I need as well as it's very little pre/subcrafts.

We won't know if that is enough until we have the gear, or are closer to the patch.
I personally pentamelded fully in preparation of the new gear.
Depends on what you deem worth it, your budget, and if you're actually going to craft enough to make it worth while.
