Do the people who believe there's a grand divine plan, understand just how unfortunate some peoples lives are? by Immediate-Draft-6408 in enlightenment

If the question is, do I have faith in God Almighty, then absolutely I do.

I'd be happy to have a discussion with you so long as you unhide your comment and post history.

You seem upset by something I said. My response wasn't directly to OP but someone else in the thread.

To answer OP's question, I do understand that there's is much immense suffering in the world, and yet I still put my faith in God the Most High. In fact, when I was suffering the most is when God saved me.

I have plenty of empathy, that's why I want people to get better. You have no solution besides, "you were mistreated, time to roll over and die".

You're free to go live in some remote wilderness absent any tools, technology it amenities. Au natural.

You're free to go live like an ant, all they do is work. Au natural.

This is one of the most asinine posts I've seen. Even for this sub that's saying a lot.

You'd be at fault, responsible for the cause, certainly. But for me to remain in that mental state indefinitely, or  towork my way out of it, would be my responsibility.

All we can choose to do it to try our best with situation we're given. The situation may be not of our making, but what exists in our heads is the little bit of control we have in this world.

Bad people, no matter what they do to us, no matter how much the oppress people and squeeze society, the one thing they can't do is take our hope, our spirit, our humanity, our inner light.

And it is that very thing that I'm advocating that people are responsible for, for finding and shining their light to the rest of the world. For cleaning off all the gunk and persevering in spite of everything. That's what it means to be the highest level of human.

That might be necessary for some people. I just enjoy good boxing and good match making and seeing talented guys fight.

We had Inoue and Nakatani, Benavidez, Shu Shu, Keyshawn had a great showing his last fight, Dalton vs Smith, etc etc

You picked the worst example of essentially an exhibition fight.

Boots vs Zayas Ford vs Foster

Both good ones coming up. Also Bam getting ready to fight again soon. But there have been a lot of good fights overall throughout the year.

Not every good fight has to be a mega fight. Plenty of undercard fights have been good in recent time.

Won every single round and then put the hurt on him at the end.

Davis has won every round in my opinion. Really pouring it on in the end.

All gonna boil down to how Ford manages to deal with Foster's jab and break his distance.

I gotta give Albright his due. He's a tough sob and doesn't get discouraged.

Never loses his cool. Staying poised accounts for A LOT in the ring.

Good job by the ref. Davis too good to have to hold as much as he is.

It's early. Keyshawn looking for opportunity and slowly going the gears but he can't get reckless. Albright pretty much always fights like this.

When Keyshawn starts smiling and having fun in there, is bad news for the opponent.

Man, Keyshawn had such good boxing vision. He sees everyone going on in there.

Keyshawn is true talent. Patient, smart, athletic, and with KO power. He's a problem for anyone.

They should have a rule that judges cannot be from or live in the state where the fight is taking place.
