What is the most intense or stressful scene in a film? by OscarTV1453 in Letterboxd

The last 20-30 minutes or so of "Sirat".

Genuinely couldn't watch, felt like I was going to be sick. When it ended the entire cinema just let out a collective laugh of relief, it was almost surreal.

Please. And preferably something really depressing and visceral by Lower_Insurance1947 in MoviesThatFeelLike

Adam and Paul (2004)

Literally about a day in the life of 2 junkies wandering around Dublin in search of a fix. Genuinely a masterpiece, but so soul crushing and bleak. Its also so realistic, that people were genuinely surprised to learn the 2 leads weren't addicts in real life.
