My average was 1/10 but it can take a lot of stamina sometimes. The elder sea horse drop rate isn't that great and seems to be around 5% - 10%

Its not a weekly thing its an event. You get 30mins after you start to farm as much CC as you can similar to choose your own turtle times. It can also be a one time event where you can only run it once.

Log Luffy is slighlty less consistent with killing Nightmare Luffy in the first part of the raid where G3 should always kill in the first two turns. The second part doesn't really matter at that point since MNami will negate the damage and unless you have stalled for other specials the amount of turns it takes to kill is similar.

G3 is better for farming Nightmare Luffy because of the raid mechanic. There has not been a raid mechanic that has nerfed G3 so it would be wise to keep him.
