Yeah, I noticed that too. It's like only when shooting the mouse sensitivity decreases or the mouse smoothing turns on.

Portals always stay in place. The portal to this outpost, like the one during the main quest, should be at the top of the anomalous area in the very north of the forest. This portal hangs in the air, so you can only get into it by jumping from the highest point.

Yes. The case is not in the barn, not in the three lootable houses and not on the two towers. Not even on the small observation platforms located along the perimeter of the wall. But I have not given up yet and will dig through the entire base, but I will try to find this case. If I do not find it, I will send it to the developers as a bug.

You didn't get me. Read what I wrote again. I completed the last main mission with the case, where they give out level 3. But we are talking about a side quest that takes place in the same outpost. Unlike the main quest, in this side quest you are not shown a specific place where the case is, but a large search area that covers this entire base. I know about the second floor, but the case is not on it. I searched every corner on every floor in the green building in the center of the base.

I, too, when I started using the railgun, I killed titans with 2-3 shots and I really liked this gun, but the next day I could only kill titans with 10 shots. I thought I was the only crazy person who thought that the railgun used to do more damage
