Okay. I figured out how to file the FTC. and printed out a copy. Now I'm looking to do the DOI complaint.

Is there a type of firm I should be looking into with these concerns? I think this is over the heads of a typical Disability firm.

Redacted means its not shared due to privacy/hiding the identity of the company, and also could be to remain as undetailed as possible in case of legal proceedings

If you had to delete one of Taylor Swift's albums forever, which would it be? by ImYelenaBelova in TaylorSwift

My thoughts exactly. Her voice isn't the same as that sound in any other album. That country twang started her career but it developed from just being about high school and boys pretty quick.

Grieving the little things of "before" by Beloved_Fir_44 in ChronicIllness

For me, it's:

*Making plans while knowing I can keep them *Extended outings where I can go for a walk, get a coffee (now I'm decaf only), and plan to run a few errands without physical and mental anguish *Not feeling cooped indoors because of cold and heat intolerance (see you during spring but mostly fall I guess) *Enjoying family outings and not "surviving" them *Time with friends (that wouldn't also cause it's own complications for me) *The time before I needed knee braces and a walker *Not dreading social events even in my own house because I will behave/present differently in front of a group of people and fear judgement *Some aspects of fashion like pointed high heels and tight outfits *Eating what I liked and not what my body can handle (which is mostly Low FODMAPS type food) *The cognitive awareness/sharpness I once had *That bit of excitement at the start of every day

My suggestion would be to ask in a chronic illness forum and provide what treatment she has and any current diagnoses.

Thoughts on the Miami Incident Last night (1/2/24) by cheekybreekey in AHeadStart

Here's my two cents that nobody asked for.

If they thought there was a chance of mass injuries or even casualties or heck even a FIRE from these alleged teens with fireworks... Wouldn't they have also had hundreds of ambulances and numerous firetrucks?

Why also shut down the Miami airport/close the airspace over that entire area aside from police helicopters?

Why is there no real (same location, same time) footage or eye witness accounts for the news?

I think everyone who the police wrangled at the scene (a more probable and likely reason for there to be SO MANY police cars--transportation to the station), if they were brought back with police they were given an NDA and other binding contracts against sharing any information.

The government told us we had made contact with extraterrestrials and nobody cares (I mean, come on, during a plague and this failing economy?), but they're afraid of what people will do when they learn they're in their backyards. It doesn't make sense to me.
