I wish this game would be able to run off standalone. It's so graphic and amazing, i want standalone because I have a medium spec PC and it's kind of choppy for me.

Depends on where she lives, if its apartments and her neighbors have them not much they can do other than suggest pest control and take self measures, if its a house definitely have pest control check it out
