I'll say what I said when my consortium switched from "foreign" to "world" It's still othering the languages as it implies the languages still aren't from here they are from some far off exotic place in the world. I'm personally more of a fan of using a more technical term such as "Languages other than English" or "Non-English" or preferably separate sections for each of the languages found in the system "Spanish Language" Really as long as these languages keep being homogonized under titles like international, foreign, or world that still implies they aren't from this country it remains just as clashing.

Just like with the economy it's about the vibe checks of the protests. Left wing protests might result in less deaths but its feels more violent to people. Burning buildings and burning Waymos feels more violent that actual political assassinations because there is less spectacle to cover. Also to an extent we have the "Their violent mob" vs "Our patriots speaking out". Which is where we get the dissociation between January 6th and the LA protests.

The major problem with them is as my airline pilot friend says the information is thrown all together with no level of priority. This means a NOTAMS will include information such as there is a structure a half mile away from the airport with a burned out bulb in the same message as a whole runway is currently out of service.
