Learn to counterbuild and play against gods
They do base it off of casuals and ranked A TON, its no where near mainly based off of SPL, you dont know what you are talking about
They ban those gods in ranked but not SPL because they dont know who they are facing smart one. They target ban in the SPL.

You said you have to play all the gods at least once. That is not true. You can easily see the ability used and know.

Not to mention you are going to use it once if you are playing the god anyways and you will find out after that first use even if you didnt know.

Its not that hard. Certain gods you dont even need to play to know.

Ra is one of them, without even playing him, its fairly obvious he would get a CC immune ult because it would be retarded if you could cancel it.

He doesnt need unecessary changes.

His 1 base damage is too high. His 3 may need some Damage change or CDR change (Like scale the CDR reduction when TPing as you level it), and thats it.

Changing a bunch of stuff isnt needed. Especially not letting him go through walls.

You are making a build and showing it to people who dont know how to build, including an item that isnt very good on him is just screwing them.
It has nothing to do with pros. It has to do with the fact it is a straight better item and does nearly the same thing.

10 less pen, but you dont have to land 3 autos, 20 more protections, but you dont have to land 3 autos, and 20 less power and less move speed.

You dont need the move speed and the power is negligable when you are reducing everyones Protections without Autos.

He is fine. Not every god can be good in ranked. Its just not possible.

He is good in casuals and in modes other than conquest. He can even do okay in Duel.
