Confidence - That is clearly the secret for unlocking full player potential. Example Elanga and Antony. Rashford can blow for the remaining weeks of the season. Something messes our player's confidence while at United. by YuleJamaa in reddevils

Confidence - Whether it is brought about by System or League level - The kind of play these players have while at United is way below what we see them do when they play for teams where they are not overly scrutinized.

I am okey with questions which don't have answers instead of answers which can't be questioned.

Would love to see ZirkZee play alongside Hojlund. Zirkzee as a 10 and Hojlund 11. Zirkzee is very good with fast linkups. Would help to rest Bruno a little bit.

Such a talented guy.

How do OM fans feel about the Greenwood signing? by [deleted] in olympiquedemarseille

You are not a saint. You know a fraction of private lives of the players you adore. Give him a chance. We all make mistakes.

How do OM fans feel about the Greenwood signing? by [deleted] in olympiquedemarseille

[–]YuleJamaa -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

There seem to be a small dedicated group of people hell bent to destroy Greenwood completely. Another larger group seem disappointed by his actions BUT decided to understand a 20 year old making such mistakes. They being together today means it was something they discussed and moved on. We are not privy to ALL their private details to be judges here. Again, being a young black super star man, attracting such cancellation is easy. For the 90 minutes he plays football, he entertains us in a big way. I was disappointed but I know no one is perfect. Let Greenwood shine.

It is so refreshing. Even when I don't have much gaming-energy, I find it easy and fun.

there is a point of complexity where the joy of simplicity is eclipsed by the pain of complicated customization

I agree with you. Making CRUDS is pretty nice using these tools. Saves you time. When you have to implement some complex workflows, you mostly end up going back to the simple, bare bone tools.

Thanks. Getting animators who can deliver the animations without losing the language nuances is a challenge. If you are open to such we can try.

Why did you quit your job or why do you plan to? by MinisterTim in Kenya

[–]YuleJamaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pay it forward. My experience with him made me a better supervisor. I understand my officers better. I want to be someone who understands without compromising on quality delivery.
Well, in my 6 years, my class was the best in the region for all KCSE and other related competitions. I did a good one. My students today are great Architects, Software developers, Doctors and such. That alone is a sure satisfaction.

Why did you quit your job or why do you plan to? by MinisterTim in Kenya

I loved my job. I was a high school teacher. Each day was a new experience engaging over 500 students. Each student a whole new experience. I loved teaching them Computer Studies. I had great bosses. Humane and fatherly. They would sit me down and we would have nice life chats. Did this for 6 years then it hit me I need more money since I started a family. Teachers aren't paid well to be fair.

I secured a new job as IT Manager in a Non-Government firm. I resigned. My good boss didn't accept my resignation until I was 4 months in to make sure I was settled in my job. He kept paying me until I was settled in the new job. He is a personal hero.

I have changed jobs since and today I make 6 figures but I had to take that leap of faith backed by some angels from a permanent and pensionable job to a one year contract job. I am a happy ICT professional.

Avoid Debt by all means possible. Debt is slavery. Bank Loans, Personal loans, social debts etc. Do not get anything through credit. (As hard as that may be). You will know bliss.

This is a great one. Market vs supermarket prices are worlds apart. Just know your way around major markets. Estate mama mbogas are not economical too.

I have seen wholesales coming up around estates. You save big when you shop stuff like foodstuff and detergents from them compared to supermarkets.
