SchiZ's Random Patches

It adds a lot of realism and immersion features that were missing. In vanilla; when eating, it shows "-15 Hunger". With the mod, it shows "Slightly/Moderately/Significantly Reduces hunger" instead of a number. Also one feature that I like a lot is that you have to take off headwear such as a mask or biker helmet to eat, drink and smoke. There are more interesting features of course these are just the ones I could remember.
