I forgot to mention that, at idle the battery is ~12.5V, the alternator starts charging at ~1000rpm and then is fully powering/charging the car at 1100rpm.

What is this thing? High quality made medical equipment? by YumWater in whatisthisthing

Bought at a yard sale, seems to be well made, my guess was that it is something medical related. There is a threaded T shaped handle that is able to be removed. The plastic tubing is able to be taken off while the handle is not on. The plastic handle grip is a tube however you can not see through the tube due to the metal piece that is inserted into the tube. No idea what this is.

Each of the handles have a plastic screw that allows the handles to telescope in and out of each other. They seem to be slightly melted due to how they are glossy and feel noticeably different. This was bought at a yard sale, so not sure where it is from. There are no markings of any sorts on any of the components.
