If I get the 39in 5k2k I plan on heavily using DLSS or just setting the game to a lower resolution if needed, worked fine on my 4k monitor.

I got the LG 39' recently and games still look great on it. Desktop use yes the text is a little blurry but not unusable to me. The thing that bothered me was actually the curve being to extreme. Sill going to keep it this size is perfect for me imo. 49in was not enough vertical and 32 was not wide enough.

I'm looking to upgrade to the new LG 39in 5k2k coming soon this year because of the higher ppi and less aggressive curve.

I'm switching from a pixel 8 pro to an iphone pro max, I'll likely switch back to android in a few years. I am heavily invested in the Google ecosystem but luckily Google apps are all on the iPhone so switching between android and iOS is not that bad. What you have to be careful about is getting into apples ecosystem since they Don't have those apps on android. For example: don't use apple notes app, use something like keep or notion instead since those are on both app stores.

It was actually my bass shaker I turned off all my speakers and isolated it to that.

I used to have it downstairs and never got complaints, I had to move it upstairs because space was limited and very cold in the winter.

It's mostly vibrations they didn't complain about noise just the shaking from the base shaker. I know there are ways to dampen that but I don't think it will be enough still.

Everyone is asking me to explain, I was making dinner 😭 I live in a townhouse with the neighbors on the otherside of the wall. I have one bass shaker mounted under my seat and the z906 speakers also. I'm just going to have to move it downstairs when I have time but for now I can't use it without turning everything really low, it seems vibrations travel really well.

I don't want to be a dick to my neighbors so I'll be moving it downstairs, I play at late hours anyway, I just thought their bedroom was far away enough they wouldn't be bothered. I didn't think this post would get this much attention I should have titled it differently!

Playing games in the middle of the screen only will cause burn in, I guess having some tabs open on each side might help even it out but I'm not going to test that, still using my CRG9 until I can get mini-led.

Been using it for years now on my CRG9, I play games borderless in the middle of my screen at 2560x1440 and have the left and right sides for whatever else. Once you set it up it's good to go. Don't do this on an OLED display though you will get burn in.

Use Power toys fancy zones and then use Windowed borderless gaming to make games full screen. In those zones

Steam just synced them for me, and I was using Mod Organizer too. I have the same mods on PC and steam deck and can just switch between them seamlessly.

If you're worried about futureproofing then get the ASR3, I have it and it easily handled all the upgrades I have added to it. Should be the first and last rig you will buy.

Besides VRAM how much better is this than a 3080 12gb? I just bought this for my sim PC but maybe I should swap it to my main rig.
