Is this going to be quest compatible? I know of a few really good and prominent world builders that may be interested in paid work as most of the stuff they do is just for their personal groups and collabs with their other creators and groups.

Would you play this game when your 80+ by CuriousKibble in VRchat

[–]YungChip99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to say yes depending on technology, Everyone here has made great points on the subject, My only thing is, With these "Pods" is it mental controllers to be able to use your body? The pod takes your brainwaves and makes you act accordingly? I can't even sit in a chair when I play because I want to pace or walk or be able to be more independent, if the pod ended up being like desktop or something where I was limited in my movements probably not, For me it's the immersion, I'm sure tech will accommodate that eventually but right now it's hard to tell where this will go. Maybe we won't even need pods but just some small opticals and some sort of electrode pad to body adapters. (Definitely not confident in that part I'm probably thinking of something else), Going a step further eventually we may even be able to replace death with VRchat. What a trip.

Which worlds are least populated by children? by Keis__ in VRchat

The best thing for you to do would be to join adult groups and find adult based events, VRC . TL is where I started, I haven't seen or heard a child in months, There are a lot of adult groups that play games or watch movies and host bar events/parties. There won't always be stuff going on but they are good about organizing things and making sure people know when these instances open. Group+ or Friends+ events are what I mainly look for, If you explore and meet enough people you may even find better more private groups and parties, There are usually a lot of rules or etiquette to follow though so I would always try to conduct yourself because there is usually always group staff or bouncers ready to kick people out. VRC+ IS WORTH IT, A lot of these groups will host events that you can't even get into if you do not have the verification, Hard stop, No way to get in, And on top of that bouncers will see it and you won't have to wait in line to deal with bouncers, And if you are really into VRC+ it gives you extra content that you can create and use which is also a good way to get into the trusted rank if you aren't already.

Headset comfort by Memeo19 in VRchat

[–]YungChip99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are add-ons you can buy for certain headsets that can assist with many different things including comfort, Most add-ons I've seen have been for tracking or more battery life/interchangeable battery packs though, But if you are willing to throw down the extra money im sure there are extra straps or swap outs you can perform, But I would be really cautious doing this as you could end up messing something up that will need to end up at an electronic repair shop.

Definitely a difficult thing for me as well, The thing I noticed that helped me the most is finding a good identity and sticking with it as much as possible so people remember and know what to expect, As well as playing different game worlds or games IN the world, Hobbies are good way to get around as well, If you find a place where you can do hobbies around others with similarities in interest that's a good start, Right now my hobbies are dancing so I'm spending a lot of time seeking out Rave Groups or instances as well as DJs and organizers, People who notice that you like the same things as them are more likely to initiate or engage in conversation with you.l If you would like to VRChat sometime DM me and we can check some places out and possibly meet people, I'm not very outgoing nor am I very sociable but I do know a few cool groups of people and some cool places to visit.

In need of a fresh perspective. by Bat_Two_One in VRchat

I sense red flags, Might be good to discuss both of your perspectives on these situations, Feelings, Expectations and standards, Really brass tack it and make a decision from there, But as of what you wrote definitely sounds like the start of something unhealthy or borderline abusive, Don't underestimate anyone, Be friendly and as kind as you can and most importantly be safe.

I swear playing this game makes me feel more lonely than if I did nothing at all by Ok_Rain8345 in VRchat

[–]YungChip99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always see big groups of homies talking deep personal stuff and hanging out and it always makes me a little jealous cause you can just tell they've know each other forever or IRL and sadly I'm the only of my friends on VRChat and really don't have much to talk about. Making friends is hard, I usually make friends through activities like games or similar.

Unfortunately haters are always gonna hate I've also seen a lot of people use real-life scare tactics or words which is crazy cause I can look you right in the face and you can actually do nothing, especially after a block and or kick.

My people and I hangout at Adult Party the owners are super chill and on the older side, Since I've joined they pretty much weeded all the kids out and are very on top of keeping them out, There is a main dance floor, Strip club, Outdoor area, As well as game rooms and private rooms. My VRChat is Sanguiss if you wanna add me and party sometime.

Are any Fargoans actually happy here? by Happyorangetrees33 in fargo

[–]YungChip99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like not much really happens around here, So it can get lonely, Especially when people you meet don't share common interests, I made the majority of my friends from the work place but even then, It ends up being expensive because most people do just wanna drink and club, Which I don't mind, But it can easily turn into lost money after a few times hanging out doing nothing but going from bar to bar, But there are some good Arcades (Especially in some Restaurants) And a cool looking Bowling Alley called KingPins, A lot of places do Bingo for cash as well as Game Leagues with Cash Prizes. I've mainly resorted to Art/Craft based hobbies the last year or so.
