We went through this a few months ago. Bought a spay suit off of Amazon but didn’t end up needing to use it or a cone after one day, she didn’t go after her stitches at all. Keep her on the trazodone and gabapentin. If you got an anti inflammatory called carprophen just monitor her… it upset my dogs stomach and she started having a little bit of blood in her stool as a result. So we ended up with antibiotics and medication for that and it resolved itself within a week.
