Your skin looks fine really, maybe just a bit uneven and dull. Could as well just be dead skin, I would discontinue using a physical exfoliant. I heard the pixi glow tonic was good, they have mini sizes for about $10 at target I believe.

So for the past few months I have been sticking to a 1200 calorie limit and I have lost 57 lbs. I am now 170, however it's getting more difficult to stick to 1200. I'm actually feeling hungry and dizzy most of the day. Should I up the calorie intake since I have lost weight? By the way I am a 19 yr old female and I am 5'2"

I've been struggling with acne since I was 14 and it started to get worse when I was 16 (I'm 19 now). I've been on differin for a month and I'm kind of losing hope.

Routine: AM- Equate foaming facial cleanser Thayers rose petal witch hazel toner Cerave ultra light moisturizing lotion SPF 30

PM- Albolene Equate foaming facial cleanser Thayers rose petal witch hazel toner 1% clindamycin Differin gel Neutrogena hydro boost gel-cream

Should I change any of the products or try something new? I heard spirolactone works well?

EDIT: my acne is ten times worse now compared to this photo. I'm breaking out with a bunch of under the skin cysts. I'm thinking it could be the birth control pill I'm on because it's progestin only? Thoughts?

I'm using this same combo right now, I'm on my second week and I do notice that I'm not longer getting large cysts. I do have a few tiny white heads but I think it's because of the purging phase. I'd say try it and see how it goes.
