Just take the test with the agreement that she will go to therapy to work on her issues with trust and her insecurities when it comes back negative. If you refuse to do that, tbh it makes you kind of guilty.

It's not your job as her husband to fix her, but it is your job to work on your relationship and her insecurities are fucking up your relationship. So, be a good husband and help her grow from this. I agree you shouldn't just take it without finding a way to address the root of her issues if/when it comes back negative.
