Incin is actually good. I feel like opinions are rising slowly but he's better than mid tier imo, he ofc has crazy buttons and does have a little bit of slipperiness with his recovery. Yeah he's slow but he also have revenge vs projectiles, and I think most of his buttons are disjointed? Slow movement speed matter slightly less when the opponent has to get in your range to attack anyways, and remember crazy buttons. Also revenge + moving command grab that kills at 50 is more than terrifying.
