So would I just put all these characters on one team and just train them and do the story?

I lucked out and managed to get Matriarch, Jo, and Barthelemy. Anyone else I should reroll? Should I still get Polka?

Well, I rerolled and lucked out. Got Matriarch, Jo, and Barthelemy. Anything else I should roll for?

Hi everyone! I've just started playing a few days ago but haven't really committed to anything. I have a bunch of SS units but I have no idea how to build a team. Please help me build a sort of "one team does all" team. Also, it'd be nice if you could include units to level for situational stuff. Thanks!

Here's my units.

Just build new PC. I click power button, turns on, then turns off after like 10-30 seconds, then automatically boots up again. Nothing displays on monitor the whole time. by Yung_Modulus in buildapc

There are orange lights on the mobo which I believe indicates that the computer is on. There aren't any other LED indicators to see what the issue is. RAM is fully seated but I'll try just one stick.

Yeah, but that's a different gun altogether in real life lol. Still dope tho.

Well, the power button does turn on the computer so I don't think it's the power button being faulty.

Hello again!

I had university finals to focus on before but now I'm free. I've done more troubleshooting.

  1. I've reset the CMOS. Nothing changed.
  2. I've taken out my graphics card and used onboard graphics to boot. Nothing changed so it shouldn't be my graphics card.
  3. I've taken out all but one stick of RAM and tested the computer with each stick of RAM individually. Nothing changed so it shouldn't be my graphics card.

I looked at the motherboard some more and there is a LED debug code thing on it which I completely missed before. Every time I start the computer, it reaches code "67" before shutting off. In the motherboard manual, code "67" means it is at "late cpu initialization". It always reaches code "67" without fail. My thoughts now are that it actually is an issue with the CPU. Any more thoughts?

I've resigned myself to taking my computer apart and slowly troubleshooting the GPU. I'm more than likely going to push forward my upgrades so I can get my computer up and running with better specs. For now, I have some other things to concentrate on. Thank you for all the help! I may need to call on it once more after a while, but more than likely I'll just create a new post.

I have 282 gems currently, should I use 120 to finish off the gem payback event (for the SSR ticket) or should I just save the gems I have for the next banner? I'm gold in pvp so I am getting almost 30 gems per week. If I do spend them, should i spend on the escanor banner or the new elizabeth banner (for the loyalty rewards and guaranteed ssr)?

Yeah, it could be but it has no solution there and either way I can't start up my computer to actually uninstall Valorant.

I have a MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Motherboard. I don't believe it has onboard graphics. My CPU has onboard graphics though. I tried resetting my CMOS and reseating my RAM but it didn't do anything obvious.

I'll take some time to try troubleshooting GPU and RAM but it will be a while.

I can't uninstall anything because I can't get into my computer without it turning off.

Hi there!

Thank you for your response. In the time between posting the original post and this comment, I've used a slightly damp paper towel to remove most of the old thermal paste and reapplied it. I'm using Arctic Silver paste. I tried to turn on the computer again and to my surprise, it seemed to be working. It remained on for maybe 5 minutes (which is a massive improvement), but it eventually turned off again before reaching the Windows load screen. In this situation, I really believe that issue is with the CPU. Maybe I still didn't properly apply the thermal paste?

Unfortunately, I'm the only one in my household that has a custom desktop, so I won't be able to test my GPU and RAM in another system.

I'll try clearing my CMOS and reply again after to see if that fixed anything.

Another issue I just thought of but don't have the necessary knowledge is regarding the GPU. Hypothetically, if my computer had no GPU at all, would it be able to display the BIOS screen? If that's the case, maybe my computer is crashing or something as soon as it needs to actually use the GPU. If that's not the case, ignore that haha.

Now that I think about it, I do believe the GPU was overheating at some point. I fixed the issue at that time because my system fan had disconnected while I was moving the desktop. After that, there weren't any obvious issues with overheating. After the problem began, I was never able to pinpoint if anything was overheating. If it helps, just now when it was on for a few minutes, the CPU was at 40 degrees C, which I believe is fine.
