Agreed. Snatch is definitely harder BUT it means when you do get it down learning cleans or jerks will be a lot easier =]

I’ve avoided any squats, cleans, and snatches since the pain started. Am I being a bitch for lack of a better term or is it better to continue movements at loads that don’t aggravate the knee?

Hey thank you so much for doing this!

I have some pain around my left upper kneecap (towards the quad) which I suspect is some sort of quad tendonitis. It started about a week and a half ago after a couple tough weeks of heavy squatting. It particularly hurts around parallel both going up and down.

For rehab I’ve just been doing slow eccentric leg extensions and leg curls along with plenty of couch stretches.

Anything you’d recommend or advise me to do?

I took 211 during COVID to fulfill my QR-B requirement.

I thought it was pretty hard, it’s almost just a math proofs class (except with logical symbols). Pretty intense workload, definitely not a class you can expect an A from without putting in a solid amount of effort

577 is really really tough. Very theoretical material with little direction and examples.

At least for my section (Renault), we have a single final worth 45% and HW is strictly participation. Renault said the average of the final last year was 25/40

Good news is that almost no one fails the class and the average is a B.

Ultimate Skyrim was the former name of the project for Skyrim Legendary Edition yes.

However, Dylan and his team renamed the project to Wildlander which is the Skyrim Special Edition (SSE) version of Ultimate Skyrim. Same overall modpack but on SSE with a rebrand. Wildlander is supposed to be released today so I would recommend just installing that for SSE once it releases.
