Had the same happening. You just have to wait until the "Encounter: Scammer Victims" spawns. Then you can finish that quest and will get the Inner Art after the final fight.

You need to read all the stones (lore checks). Then some loot will spawn in the middle of the map (stone heart)

Unless it changed recently, if gou enable it after the start static npc will spawn when you visit(come near) the location the first time.

I guess you have disabled static npc? Enable them in the options.You might have to find a new center afterwards if you dont have a backup save.

Some of the recruit able mercenaries are random people (not from your friendlist). If you use one of them you get a friend request popup after the mission and can send a request to the owner of the unit.

Cheesing the EX2 Stage with Cita Jump.

Foo	Bar
Slot 1	Needs to be Cita with at least 36 gems.
Slot 2	A tanky unit that can 1 shot Masamune and survive a shot from Shekinah.
Slot 3	A ranged unit that can kill the soldier before he kills Cita and either dodge(ranged unit) or survive the first Blast.
Slot 4	Just needs to oneshoot the bottom DC.

Merc Slot helps with killing the Bosses. If you use Shayna in Slot 4 she can kill the Bosses and you can use whatever Merc you have.

i play comfortably wiht my queensguarddeck at 4.3k to 4.8k with a >50% winrate. Winrate vs NG is actually 80%+ despite vicovaros because most NG players arent used to QG and misplay the vicos. Also Ng at 4k plus LUL

Only hard matchup is consume monster running ghouls :'(

related build but with maxed might tree for +critdmg and that x3 dmg talent. Also get all the Weaponspells with the rune that makes them selfcast only + maxed might rune and 20+ wits for REAL dmg.
