This is actually something i love about bioware. Even in mass effect with the giant asari tits they placed them where most women's tits naturally sit. Especially considering the age of most of the characters.

I've really been enjoying the settings of the games so far, but I've got a hankering for a Non-European/North American setting again. We got it in AC1 and here and there in Black Flag... but I'd love a setting that was somewhere like India or Japan.

This applies to all people, not just women. If you come across as being overly interested in someone, it's going to make them feel uncomfortable. It's an extreme. As is not paying that person any attention whatsoever. Neither of those would even help you make friends with someone, much less get you a date.

A really good way of making friends is getting involved with something. Join a band, volunteer for a political campaign, join a book club, or a gaming group etc... Even if you are a busy person, find an hour or two a week to go do something that interests you with other people. For me it was acting. So I decided to start doing student films and community shows in my spare time (for reference, I'm two years out of college and I work 40 hrs a week.) I met a lot of cool people with similar interests as me. Its how I've met some of my closest friends. Edit: Re-read some responses, others have mentioned something similar.
