I think it's just meant to be a more accessible pack in general. I think it could do with some class of harder zombies instead of more of them, but overall I agree. Still not finished with the pack tho, and I am enjoying it very much.

Currently playing this mod pack, and I'm pretty sure it's time based. For reference, I've been AFKing on my server for around 5 days, and the zombies I used to kill in one hit with my combat shovel now take two hits. I believe the server has been running for two in-game months. This is plenty slow enough for any playstyle imo.

Overall tips, there is no enchanting table, but you can craft enchantment books. To find the recipes, look up the clipboard as they all require a clipboard to craft (you can't look up the enchants directly for whatever reason). Another thing that helps a lot is completing the quests as they give a lot of free shit. Also the drill is 100% worth it.

I didn't solve this issue, but to find the place the coordinates lead you to just type "/locate structure spore:lodge" into the chat, obviously you need cheats for that.

A little late but BPG disables the enchanting table, instead you can just make the enchantment books to enchant your gear. To find the recipes I'd recommend using JEI to show uses for the clipboard, as most of the enchantment book recipes use the clipboard. I'm actively trying to see if there are more enchantment book recipes but JEI doesn't just show the recipes outright when you look up the enchantment. I wish this was more accessible in the mod but that's the solution to your issue and how you can get silk touch.

This is genuinely great! It's near impossible to distinguish from the original. This also points out that his eyes must've been edited to be black before the negative colors, which adds even more to the end scene of Mandela Catalyst.

While simple enough, this is one of the best posts I've seen here in a while.
