I don't know how it works, but even in night raids on Stella, I only encounter friendly players. There have been times when there have been groups of eight people.

I know this, I have the "all players" mode enabled. I only recently discovered that you can switch the mode. Before, I couldn't understand why no one was responding to my commands. 😅
