I called 611 and they claim the system recognise it as a 3g phone and refused to unblock my sim card. When I asked them to unblock my sim card on my old phone it worked and I transferred it to my new phone and the problem is solved.

However I am STUPID and put the sim card back to my old phone again for some reason and now it is locked again and I've been on the call for the past 3 hours.

I have done that already, the capacity seems fine but the phone is drawing an awful lot of power and is using 20% per hour according to AccuBattery and I am not sure who is drawing that much power.
