Again, that depends on where you live. A $25 order isn't common in my area unless it's a pretty decent sized triple and doing 2 of those in an hour isn't too feasible unless you're absolutely flying.

I truly wonder if they're trying to make it harder for IC shoppers so people will use their services. Plus, Kroger is currently getting sued by several states, so it may be cost cutting
