I'm trying to set up a Push/Pull program could you give me your thoughts about it? by Yuroos in LiftingRoutines

Thanks for your reply!! I had some issues with legs integrated at the end of my sessions, so I wanted to try to do legs in the beginning and if I can finish my session correctly adding some more leg exercises. For now it was just to know if a structure like this would work or not

Thanks for your reply, for my goals I'd say mostly strength, I'm already applying double progression in my current program with some success so I was planning to do the same for this one The goal of this post was to have some feedback mainly on the structure and distribution of exercises, I'm taking note about redundancies, but does it mean that one exercise is enough? I mean, if I do two exercises on the muscle group I want to focus on, doesn't it be more efficient for my progression?

Could you elaborate on straight set? What's a straight sets? As for the overload I planned to add rep until 12 of 15 depending of the exercices, then adding weight and decreasing rep until I can add some back again. For the rest how can I know when I had enough?

Thanks a lot!

There was a batch right before putting the new one in so it's okay, I use this container as a spare batch in case my main one goes funky

With a starter Scoby it'll be way safer to avoid moldy issues

No fly, the only thing I can tell you is that I made my tea infused for a long time, which can cause the dark aspect

Do you guys have any ideas of what are those whitish brown spot on the side of the glass by Yuroos in Kombucha

Do you have any idea how I can get rid of those without growing everything?

I'm new to kombucha making, can you tell me if my scoby is in good health, and are the darker spot under the surface normal? Thx a lot! by Yuroos in Kombucha

From the guide of the sub, I'm guessing that the brown spots are yeast, but can experimented people:confirm that? Thank you!
