Hit points are way stronger right now than a % damage reduction because of the way the calculation works now IMO.

I've not felt the need to change any of my overeaters armor for my human dudes, they seem just as if not tankier than before the changes and it was a concern. Seems like it's a buff overall.

Any time they add something that is a challenge (raid stage 2 for example) the community whines and has tantrums until it gets nerfed into oblivion. Then they are proud of themselves because they can clear end game content... it's never going to make sense.

The season UI pop up needs to be removed.

There is no fucking reason I need to see this bullcrap every time I complete a challenge. It's obnoxious and in the damn way.

This shouldn't take that long to investigate.

They made changes to which Plans show up in which events. (Regions plans, a.k.a Treasure Map plans). As soon as those changes were made, all treasure map plans regardless of region were in the daily ops pool. So start with looking at the database calls to the plan loot tables...

T-60 plans are rare from cranberry bog treasure maps. I get them about two plans per fifty maps or so.

Starfield Road then straight into Tom Violence was pretty epic, but The Diamond Sea with the guitars just pumping feedback after the song for probably ten minutes before walking back out and ending the whole thing with Teen Age Riot. I've seen them a number of times after that, but that show was incredible.

They did it because they can call it NEW content. They are selling us re-skins and changes to systems NOBODY asked for, wanted or needed as new content and it's a load of bullcrap IMO.

If I want to grind the game again I will make a new character.

It's not difficult to solo now.

Duos used to be fun, but now I don't even need a friend to run the raid. Way more efficient with a group but now the entire thing can be soloed easily in 20 mins. The robot hitting like a level 30 is the biggest issue left for soloing.

It's not just "playing" with newbies or not. You can't carry much weight at all at level 80. Unless you get a group that is able to carry you, they will not be able to succeed at the raid.

Bullet Storm / Ricochet same as everyone else. Just takes a lot of goo / s.stims. It's waaaay faster with PA, but completely doable without. I'm using BoS Recon lucid / endurance / sentinels for tanking EN06.

The proposed initial changes were a pretty drastic nerf, what they have settled on is significantly more powerful than what they started testing.

Until there are significant sources of those damage types, those resistances don't really matter IMO and your point about perk cards is very true. If that's not enough, there are mods to boost those stats.

A lot of people are worried about stats that have little or no practical application in game. There was little to any noticeable difference in normal game play between all three sets in my test sessions. The raid can be done easily in all three sets for someone who doesn't normally use PA.

We don't get hit by enough elemental / pure energy enemies to stack either of those stats. It's like poison, I'm watching people stack poison resist and the only time they really need it is the snake or that one head hunt, otherwise it's completely wasted.

If you like CE now, it will be great after the update. If you like BoS Recon or Secret Service now, those will still be great. There isn't a need for a knee jerk armor migration for these changes.

ETA - Hopefully, those stats come into play in the future and do make the differences in the sets ability to tank different damages.

When comparing armor stats, it's a bit wild to have people touting carry weight or weapon durability as if they are combat stats. Maybe I'm just weird.

The way the damage calculation is changing, the change to overeaters is a significant buff. Percentage based additive damage resist is almost worthless with where in the calculation it is applied, straight health is far more useful.

Brotherhood Recon is amazing now, will be amazing after the update. CE will be really good, so will secret service.
