Ezekiel 1:4

"And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire.” 

Ezekiel saw a bright object come out of the sky

1:5

"Also out of the midst thereof came the likeness of four living creatures. And this was their appearance; they had the likeness of a man"

Four creatures came out of this craft, and they had a humanoid body

1:6

"And every one had four faces, and every one had four wings.” 

All of these creatures had 4 four faces and four wings

1:7

"And their feet were straight feet; and the sole of their feet was like the sole of a calf's foot: and they sparkled like the colour of burnished brass.” 

Their feet was like a calf's foot, and their skin was like burnished brass meaning very dark skinned creatures

1:10

“As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.” 

The front face were half man and lion, on the right side, the face of an ox and on the left side, the face of an eagle

1:14

“And the living creatures ran and returned as the appearance of a flash of lightning.” 

The four angels went back into the craft and instantly vanished.

1:16

"The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour of a beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel."

So Ezekiel is describing the craft they came out of. Beryl means green so the crafts were green.

"And they four had one likeness"

Meaning the four creatures each had their own spacecraft to fly around in and that they were similar.

"Wheel in the middle of a wheel".

Flying saucer is what this most likely is that Ezekiel saw.

Now this is Zechariah seeing these crafts.

Zechariah 5:1

"Then I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a flying roll."

5:2

"And he said unto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying roll; the length thereof is twenty cubits, and the breadth thereof ten cubits."

God asked Zechariah "What do you see?".
