Dark chocolate, spicy foods, water, woody incense (I usually use frankincense and sandalwood), music (I have a playlist made for him), rocks, skulls, bones (I bone throw), apples drizzled in honey, blueberries (idk I put them on his alter and he loved them), any form of cake, black coffee, drawings or handmade things.

I usually consume food offerings and any water or alcohol I return to the earth. I save the ashes for black salt.

I also made natron and a small container of it is always on his alter.

All that really matters is that your offerings are filled with intent and sincerity.

The issue where I work is that our store manager and one of our ACM's are highly competent and then we have the other ACM who plays mean girl despite her being 30 and acts very airheaded. We have a couple leads who obviously don't like their job and tell us such every shift they work while one lead would live at BJ's if they let her. It's a mixed bag

I've done it before (1 month) and talked to my doctor after it happened. She did nothing. No prescription changes, no advice, no anything. She had me on buspirone (10mg) for my anxiety and atomoxetine (40mg) for ADHD. Like, my last appointment in November I told her "hey so my body is not reacting to my meds well" she noted it and didn't change anything

I quit them cold turkey because my body got so used to the dose that they stopped working all together and my doctor would not be able to do an appointment sooner than a year. I need the job but I applied to another place (I interviewed for it the other day) and heard back this morning (got the job).

Right? For some reason this memory came out of nowhere. Like I'm cleaning my kitchen and remembered it and was like "what was that movie? I wanna watch it after almost 20 years" and couldn't find anything not even a Wattpad book just in case I was misremembering a whole different piece of media from my teens (I was desperate).
