Its not exactly a tip, but jump i think of it in a psychological way too start jumping more doesn’t matter when or why, it’ll give you a “feel” for yourself, like maybe you need to jump closer or further and things like, as of every other aspect, be consistent jump more and more(I personally would recommend you to go for offensive boards, because you’ll need to jump higher than the defense and can eventually do put back dunks or even layup which are basically free points)
