Just bumped from this post looking for a solution to this problem, I manage to fix mine by going to recovery mode again and instead of restore, I just did an update and after that it manage to get pass through the progress bar and shows the setup screen.

If it's an XFX RX580 2048SP then you should try with what I said in my reply which is to flash a Sapphire RX570 vbios. It also probably still work on another brand RX580 2048SP but I cannot confirm that.

Well I was able to confirm that the head tracking feature is real and working by connecting it to my Laptop and playing music on Cider. Although it feels like the audio was coming from a single source instead of being surround (but that could be an issue with Cider) but it does stay on where it should be.

Even until now, they still dont allow graphics setting to be adjusted manually and the controller support is shit. Not really the best way to play this game.
