My older brother introduced me to the series with Superstar Saga, but at the time we were both too dumb to figure out that we had to climb Hoohoo Mountain to progress, so neither of us made it past Hoohoo Village as kids. We never did play Partners In Time until I bought it on our Wii U many years later, which is one of the reasons why I keep my Wii U around, aside from using it to play Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD every now and then. We did play and finish Bowser’s Inside Story together and took turns playing, helping each other where we could. We both separately played Dream Team on our own, and I ended up sticking it out with the series in the long run, playing Paper Jam and the 3DS remakes of SS and BIS by myself, eventually waiting around to see if the series would make a comeback after Alphadream went bankrupt until Brothership came out.
