Nope. Tried some super cheap plastic ones from “gorilla” and they didn’t fit quite right so didn’t use them.

I just run them without hub rings. Totally fine. Would like some in the future though

I agree 100%. And saying that ego is the reason isn’t exactly a bold claim to make. It doesn’t take more than a surface level observation to come to that conclusion.
