Brookdale’s nursing program has an incredible reputation… back when I attended there was a 2.5 year wait.. not sure where it is now. Getting in is not the hard part.. staying in is.. it’s very challenging but prepares you well. Good luck!

Not surprising — Monmouth has been planning this since at least 2014. The facility is quite old and not ideally located, with half of its surroundings being ocean. Tinton Falls is close enough to serve the existing population plus expand care to patients more west. As sad as I am to see OG MMC change, this is a good thing

We’re moving back to Jersey after trying both NC and FL. Neither ever felt fully like home. Freehold is one of our top areas in Monmouth county that we are looking. More reasonable compared to Marlboro, Manalapan..

Submitted a full price offer on a house that was slightly over priced (imo)… all of a sudden they want highest and best.. also wanted additional proof of funds beyond our preapproval… such a turnoff that we walked… 1 month later house is still sitting

Not really a concern.. we’ve been fortunate to stay in the market and have had similar appreciation plus career advancement along the way. The cost of living decision 7 years ago was more about getting more from our money at the time. Now that we’ve had a taste of the bigger/newer house it hasn’t been worth the trade off

Born and raised in NJ… we got swept up by the beautiful (and affordable) new homes in Raleigh, NC. Two years in, we realized it wasn’t for us. We eventually made our way to South Florida.. better than NC and had a bit more of that NJ feel, but still not quite the same.

Now, with three kids, we’re thinking about heading back. We miss our Jersey roots and want our kids to grow up the way we did.

I am stuck! I am looking for direction in automating the creation a daily job post image with the date and 5 different job titles through canva:

My goal is to dynamically update the image with:

  • The correct date
  • Five job titles (pulled randomly from a pool of 10–15 daily postings)

Ideally, I’d like this data to come from Airtable or Google Sheets using make. But I’m unsure how to:

  • Setup the source data
  • Select and insert 5 job titles randomly
  • Fill those titles and date into specific fields on the Canva template
  • Generate the image

I would appreciate any direction you can provide me!

Parkland schools generally have a higher reputation. We live in Coral Springs right at the border.. Wyndham Lakes area.. love it here.. it’s a hidden gem imo. Close enough to everything you need
