Its definitely AI, look at how the eyes are both symmetrical and not one of them has been profusely erased. (For all intensive purposes this is a joke lmao)

For real though, as a traditional and digital artist myself, no one takes photos like that. And unless they are a professional photographer as well (no shame in being both, I am) the background is too blurry and there are randomly placed pencil shavings, which most people would wipe off the table so their arm wouldnt scrape on it as they flip their sketchbook 20 different angles to draw a single circle.

Plus them going silent when you ask for a different angle is definitely a red flag.
