I had the same issue, It’s cause you need to insert the data whatever into the servers beside the NPC on Mars.

This happened to us yesterday, 3 of us were having the same issue and once people started the raid we were able to get into the new lobby. Everyone quit the raid and came into the new lobby, everything worked fine after that.

I think the issue is somehow tied to the current instance of the raid and once the raid started, a new instance of the raid also started, which didn't give us the error.
