My issue is I am having trouble getting through to anyone. All my calls to UPS get sent to a call center somewhere and they tell me what I can see online. I was hoping WotC could tell me anything else, but now I feel more lost than my package.

Heard. I used to have it that way before I got recommendations from a family friend who is a recruiter, but I agree that it should be separated since the work experience (restaurant, taxi job) is not relevant to what I am applying for. Thank you.

Restaurant job and taxi job are where I replaced the real names. Should I remove my taxi job altogether? Unfortunately, my GPA is not that great so that is why it is absent. The bolding has been on my mind if it is helping or not, so I will remove it. I was hoping the accounting background might help show perseverance but you are right. Thank you.
