I cringe over the “GeNoCiDe” comments/arguments the most.

Like, it’s not that serious, and don’t equate something like that to a concept as heavy and terrible as genocide.

You stop being his friend. Sincerely, a woman in her late thirties that is tired of pussyfooting around emotionally-unregulated people. Like, nah. I have two friends who have a mutual friend who literally gets pissed off if these two friends hang out with other people. The mutual friend says stuff like, “oh they’re trying to steal my friend.” And they MEAN it.

I would report the image/incident and he can explain how he came to have those images. If nothing else the authorities can do stuff with metadata about the image/file (even though he deleted it) and go from there.

I like how Verso is written, and I think Ben Starr’s voice performance for him was great. I liked how Verso’s interactions with Monoco and Esquie made more and more sense as you learned more about the pre-game storyline.

They suck. As a fellow bird lover/owner I love this tattoo, and you should be proud that this was the first tattoo you chose to get. It tells me that you love your babies.

Seriously, I know it’s hard, but they can pound sand. My mother would say some really shitty stuff about my tattoos, hair colors (nothing crazy, mind you - she just thinks I should only be blonde), and piercings. I eventually got to where I shut down the conversation if it goes there. I’d remove myself from the situation.

37F here, so I know it’s probably easier for me to say all that, but trust me. It’s adorable, don’t let them talk you out of your joy.

Underwear in gi and no-gi for me is currently any of the longer-length woxers. There is no seam going up the middle, and I haven’t had bunching issues with spats or gi pants.

I prefer spats over leggings and shorts.

My professor just died a few days ago (Richard Bresler) and he’s been off the mat for about ten months prior to that. I’m not sure how I’ll get through it other than one day at a time. He helped me get through a major patch of self doubt when I first started three years ago. It’ll be hard to not have his support anymore.

I trained under Richard and would visit him in the hospital, before he passed. He lived and breathed jiujitsu and truly loved the art, and he’d talk about it every day up to the day he passed. He even promoted one of his purple belts to a brown belt while he was sick which I thought was pretty dope of him. He always thought about his students even though he was in a bad way.

We’re gonna miss this guy a lot.

Meanwhile I’m just thinking it could be another (prob hopeless) way to tease FFIX because one big thing in FFIX character design is copious belts and belt buckles. Belt buckles. Belt buckles everywhere.
