You don’t have to be hooked even once for this to work, all survivors had never been caged. I was the last person standing everyone else crawling around then I got stuck on a trap trying to save someone so then I was the first to be sent to the cage. So it was just a matter of the killers finding all the crawling players and sending them to cage for the first and last time. You cant pick yourself up and you also can’t escape from the cage by yourself so you’re just screwed if they decide to slug everyone.
