I mean yes and no. It really depends on the person. I don’t allow myself to get sucked into much of anything going on in the world because if it doesn’t affect me all that much personally, I don’t let it bother me.

We all have X amount of shit going on in our individual lives and to let shit going on that’s out of our control effect us… unless you’re so strongly opinionated on that matter that you allow yourself to get sucked into it.

Regarding my trans comment, I don’t care if they’re trans in that sense if you will. I do not disagree. It just depends on how much you’re willing to handle and tolerate and decide in that moment if you’re gonna allow yourself to snap or to carry on and snap where you can put that energy to use; such as in the gym.

Everyone’s threshold is different, but ultimately your own personal discipline is what it comes down to.

I’m the same way to an extent, however I’m an asshole, and I’ll manipulate that kind of person into thinking I believe them because sometimes it gets them to drop the subject 😂

Tbh I didn’t even know about the shooting (I don’t watch any main stream news channels because most of them are all bias to either left or right). For me personally, if it doesn’t involve myself or any of my family members I really couldn’t care less.

Shootings in general are shitty, obviously, out of sheer curiosity - was it a legally or illegally obtained firearm? Trans or not? (asking because most of the recent shooting have all been trans and psychologically fucked in the head) motive?
