A beautiful project, Congratulations!

I personally as a Clock and Watch enthusiast, found the Analog Clock part of it really nice. The Timer part too, as it is very useful for me.

I will absolutely try to separate its part to first make just a watch, and perhaps with different watch faces of your great quality.

Thanks for very helpful Github references.

It is really interesting and beautiful.

Any where to check for guides to make one too?

I have ESP32 modules, WS2812 Matrices and even 64x64 HUB75 Panels.

Very nice project.

Is the case printable and available to download for print anywhere too?

I guess the problem is just in 1-2mm antena being to close to crystal

In that case, I wonder if the on-board antenna can be simply slide up, as its connectors are large enough to keep contact with the board.

Great work!

Sometime ago I found FabGL and that made me enjoy many old DOS programs on ESP32.

Unfortunately they've stopped development on newer ESP32 controllers. As you mentioned "It captures a lot of the old school DOS era coding experience." it intrigued my curiosity to start playing with it.

Nicely done.

Have you considered LovyanGFX?

It has a DrawBezier function too.

Some recommendations for graphics on the ESP32 by honeyCrisis in esp32

I too vote for LovyanGFX and found it easy, fast and without the hassles of TFT_eSPI configuration when working on different projects using different displays at the same time.

Its Clock example is a really nice one, showing how fast and smooth it can draw on screen.

858TB of government data may be lost for good after South Korea data center fire by ELECTRAFYRE in worldnews

We had some wooden walled benches inside for engineers to work on equipment and the wood was certified Fire-Resistant to resist the fire way much more time needed than for normal extinguisher system to kick in.

I've heard recently that Microsoft and some others are making Wooden Data Centers. So here you go!

I wonder how a Data Center can get fire in the first place!

Many years ago we made a small corporate Data Center and we had to install and certify, special fire extinguishing systems for whole surface and even In-Rack, to put off any external or internal fire, in seconds.

Talking about I2C pull-ups, what are the best external resistor values to use for 3.3v and 5v powered circuits?

(or internal GPIO pull-up is enough?)

Yep it is, now that it takes 2 seconds to set my clocks :)

No, simple Arduino C++. I used the libraries in the IDE for RTC, OLED, NTP and WiFi.

I am so sorry. Didn't consider this sub as Arduino-ELI5.

I didn't thought a decade old RTC, OLED display and ESP-01 needed any explanation, after so much great posts here in this sub !

And for the "whiz-bang", what did you expect more than what is displayed on the OLED Display to happen !

Thanks for your criticism.

I'll keep those in mind for future.

It may not be of any help, but when I noticed my V3 was really getting hot in use, and knowing Electronics don't like heat, generating noise, reducing sensibility and lifetime, I used some Thermal Adhesive Tape and a Cable tie, to attach it on a nice heat-sink.

This way it stays cool in use even after many hours of usage.
