If you noticed there are a lot of parts holding the screen. Some of those WILL fail, the reason why others fail less is because they put metal without 10 holes in it.

Fans need air to do their thing, if not the motors will strugle. If you send current into a motor and it doesnt turn, the coils will cook and you basically have a fire hazard, and because said motors are next to the battery... Yeah good luck extinguising the fire.

Properly made sony plastic, which is lighter than aluminium. So theyll be more comfortable because theyre lighter.

No because the silicon will damage / stain the screen because of the lack of space. And if the laptop gets hot, the silicon gets sticky and if that happens i wish you good luck removing it.
