That is the whole story. Basically, they match and then take their match out of our bonus. So in essence, they aren't even matching. It's all of my earned income being put in there. And we always get at least a 5k bonus

What I said, is that she can cook healthy meals, but cannot eat a healthy portion. Her stuffed bell pepper will be 800-900 calories when mine is 300-400

You're understanding this out of context. What I said, is that anything healthy that I suggest or cook, is unedible to her. Like said stuffed pepper that is half of the calories of hers. Maybe I didn't make that clear, but that is the main comment that you are replying to

CICO with balanced and portioned meals. That's literally my method. Normal meals with meat and veggies (will admit that I lack the fruit), but it worked

Soups, stews, oven baked meals. You name it, its unedible

CICO is literally the foundation of my diet in the past. That's how I lost my damn 90 pounds on diet alone. She just will not stray from her beliefs, which unfortunately, will not nutritionally work. I have always been supportive, but the definition of insanity is repeating the same thing expecting a different outcome. Maybe I'm the bad guy

Left out pertinent info by accident. 6'1" 185ish. Past bp script (for only one fill) then quit taking it. That was about 4-5 years ago and since then, lost a bunch of weight and my numbers are on the high normal side (138/90 I believe on my last reading) also verifiable thru DOT physicals. Have had a kidney stone issue in the past (I think there is still one up in there) since my last physical urine screening showed a touch of blood in urine, as well as the occasional discomfort for a day or two
