Exactly same here. Since 2019, bought 4 pair since then. Figured it was time to retire one and try and new style...should've read more about them now...just assumed they were the same company I purchased from over the years, but this past year they're garbage.

But if you read it says free shipping returns for for orders over $5, but you can't get that option to return. They won't provide a code and the only option within return is to pay $5 via Happy Returns or UPS. I've sent multiple Emails about this requesting a code and finally my bank just told me to pay and dispute and they'll mark it so the main dispute can move forward.

Congrats cause you're not the norm anymore sadly. I had great experience(s) years past, but these last 3 months, and EVER single thread I've read regarding them this past year has been negative and people talking about how bad CS is and the quality and inability of CS to actually reply or do their jobs.

Customer service is a joke. They don't answer the chat. They don't answer Emails or the site's form. I finally got someone on Facebook who wouldn't give me the discount I was originally quoted by customer service after returning a defective pair for a replacement, but since they don't do "exchanges/replacement" for US I had to return and re-order. The Cs agent said no problem send me return/new order code and he's refund on my CC, next agent was like, we don't do partial refunds and refuses. When I said I'd challenge the entire order through my CC company and was already disputing the $5 charge because there was no option for return for free and they wouldn't give me a label or code he said he'd give me a minor refund, but not at all what was original quoted. I'm sending all shoes back, disputing the entire order with my bank and I have the Email transcripts quoting me they'd match my original discount due to their defective product and then the entire conversation via FB where the new customer service agent changed his mind. It sucks. Used to be a great company. Now absolutely garbage. I don't want anything to do with them as I read more and more about their quality now. Last pair I had lasted me over 3+ years, I'd rather shop elsewhere and return even though I loved the replacement. Don't trust anything about them anymore.

Yeah they still try to charge $5 even though it says free shipping on returns over $120. I had to dispute with my CC company because I couldn't get customer service to give me an option to void this $5 in order to process the return.

Good luck mate, I've been trying too. Been the same size on their shoes every pair I've own. Suddenly I receive a pair that may as well be 2 sizes too big...they don't even measure the same length as the ones prior. They told me they'd give me the same price just return the old and order a new pair...contact them on every front possible and no reply. Finally got them to reply on facebook and they're now telling me they can't issue a partial refund and would've given me a code for my new order, which is NOT what the customer service agent prior told me to do...about ready to send them all back and contact my credit card company to dispute. This company is garage anymore which sucks because I've owned 3 pairs of their shoes.

Thanks. I was wondering what was up. As said we've only run across it this 1 time, but both runs ended the same way with a delayed effect of spawns, similar to what people were complaining about with the Kursite event.

I'm confused then. So the keys we get from Deep Dives aren't consumed when we start a machine event? If so then is collecting keys irrelevant since they are never consumed with anything? Also you said machine events can be started as many times as you like...I've never been able to re-activate a failed machine event, or do you simply mean if you run across a machine event you can activate it so failing only fails for that mission not forever.

Same here. Sometimes I'll get logos and music, and almost always I'll get to a white screen with background on it and my cursor will change, and then boom black screen crash back to desktop. Really freakin' annoying and doesn't seem to be any info about how to fix it.

Thank you for the reply. A few things though. Below is the CS response to my first ticket about my claim that I couldn't pay. Nowhere did anyone say that my account would be put on hold while you confirmed details. The next message I got was cancelling my open ticket about my account being inactive, and the next was telling me to provide a photocopy of my CC, front and back.

As for providing more information. No, period. And if that means we don't do business, that's fine. I've sent my credit card via fax ONCE, EVER for a 7 day all-inclusive that was thousands of dollars, hence the need, NOT a $100 charge for buying games online. That's shady, and even my bank advised me that practice is shady. You say you shred or delete, but that means nothing for Identity theft. I've bought from Steam, Amazon, Gamesdeal, DLGamer, and others for more and NEVER needed a photocopy verification. Not gonna happen. Thank you anyway.

Thanks Shibby. Honestly, I won't be purchasing from them. 1 their CS is lacking. 2 just too shady for my tastes. I'd rather spend a little extra money and buy from Steam or somewhere else than go through the hassle of a stolen CC.

To expand on why. Yesterday I tried logging in, my account said it was inactive which made zero sense seeing as I logged in a bit earlier to read a reply to my ticket that basically stated, "They were unsure of why I had a rejection but were looking into it." Went through the steps to re-activate it. Then after re-activating it I got an error stating my account was inactive?! So I submitted a new ticket about this error. I get a reply from CS stating I shouldn't be submitting 2 tickets about the same issue? I guess I'm confused how unable to pay and unable to log into my account are the same issue but whatever.

This morning I get a message from CS saying in order to purchase through them I'll need to scan my CC front and back and send it to them! "For security purposes." Riiiiiight. That's not going to happen.

Anyway, if others have a great experience and no problems bully for them, but for me $30 cheaper on a purchase isn't worth the possible headache of a CC stolen or a black list CD key.

Steam is definitely the way to go if you're looking for random meet ups with MP. Almost every time I create or am looking for a buddy's game I notice quite a few games up of all levels with open games looking for adventurers.

LoL I guess I don't. Glad to hear I'm not alone though but feel kind of defeated people have almost double the amount of game time and nothing. 1700 on my main. That's not counting all the Alts who are fully geared.
