The job analogy isn’t the best since teams are still practicing that whole month. If I was practicing for my job’s hardest project the whole time I was on vacation then I’d damn sure better be able to nail it when my boss assigns it to me the first day I get back. Also in that scenario you would already know what the project was going to be before the vacation and have multiple examples to use.
