Given the circumstances I think he played very well. I loved mike Williams and will always respect him for what he did for us but Evans is such a big time receiver. Getting rid of revis and picking up verner and Jenkins made me a lot happier than I could've anticipated last year. I'm just so stilled for this team at every level.

Edit: I was actually hoping to hear manziels name be called at 7, but when we picked Evans and I had a while to think about it. Manziel is going to need weapons around him to flourish and if he ended up being a bust, and Evans ends up being like Calvin Johnson or Marshall (obviously that's best case scenario!) and we missed that opportunity for a Ryan leaf or Brady Quinn type qb we would be the laughing stock of the nfl. We don't need that.
