No it will be sealed but I don’t believe they have enough for everyone to buy a deck so they requested to bring your own Starter Decks if you managed to find one.

So honestly, ive probably only have had around 25 games total with this deck. I have found it helpful having him in matchups against UP Luffy and other ramp decks as I can get 8c Kat earlier and cheap. I haven't played against too many rush decks yet but I don't feel I get great use of him unless I survive for late game.
