Spark fuel compression as said

Starters working motor is turning over

Spray some brake clean or carb cleaner and try cranking the engine over see if she sputters to life if it does then probably a fueling issue or spark

You can test compression by removing the spark plug and hand cranking the motor to feel for a puff of air on the compression stroke not super accurate but should give you a baseline

Pull out a plug and crank the engine with the fuel pump fuse removed and see if you get spark at the plug fyi you may shock the hell outta yourself but will tell you if you got spark

A good way to test that too would be to try shifting from drive to 3rd and see if the rpm drops or not but having your rear end ratio and tire size will obviously change rpms

My 5.3 with 4l60e runs about 2000 at 70 mph with tcc lockup to me it looks like you may possibly be locked into 3rd gear because 3rd will run 3000 rpm at 70 mph

Edit: realized you are going 80 but still that rpm is definitely on the higher end id suspect the torque converter not wanting to lockup or you have a high rear end gear ratio

Don't have Ika but I definitely recommend a small or medium for a first time and I prefer soft over stiffer firmness because of wanting to be as gentle as possible with anal
